Hotel Baglio Di Scopello

Our experience at the hotel was elevated by the exceptional service provided by Fabio and Chiara, who were not only accommodating and kind but also offered invaluable local insights. Arriving for a wedding in Scopello, we found the hotel ideally situated just moments from the venue, Tonarra Di Scopello, which streamlined our busy schedule as a large group of musicians (the band is called Rocks The Room). The staff went above and beyond to facilitate our early check-in, allowing us to make the most of our limited time. With a few hours to spare, I sought out the nearest beach, and the team graciously supplied a map and precise directions to the enchanting Cala Mosca, a hidden gem that is well worth the downhill trek. The hotel's prime location also places the charming town just a two-minute stroll away, where we discovered delightful dining options, with Isonzo Cinque standing out for its exquisite octopus, simple pasta dishes, and the finest tuna steak we've ever tasted—all at an excellent value. For a sweet treat, Bar Pasticceria Scopello offers a remarkable selection of gelato flavors paired with outstanding service. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful affair, featuring a generous spread from eggs and sausages to pastries and cake, with the lemon cake being a must-try for cake lovers. The fresh fruit, particularly the exceptionally sweet melon, and the high-quality honey, which felt both organic and local, added to the experience. In summary, our two-day stay was nothing short of wonderful, and we look forward to returning soon, whether for work or leisure in Sicily. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I can't wait to see Fabio, Chiara, and the team again!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heat of scopello

Modern hotel steps to the village of Scopello and about 15 minute drive to Castellammare del Golfo. Wonderful breakfast with a wide variety of food, bacon and eggs, toast, yogurt, cereals, deli meats and cheese,fruit and lots of sweet pastries. Plenty of sun beds round the pool. The pool was cold but when you were in it wasn’t too bad. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Ample parking too.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived early, and the staff were so kind and checked us into a room despite our early arrival. The location is great, being about a one-minute walk from all the restaurants and a few little souvenir shops. The beach was only a 15-minute walk away, which was not bad at all. Our room was very spacious, perfect for the two of us, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying here.

The hotel was excellent - it is located right by the central square. Don't get confused - you are allowed to drive up to the hotel and park your car at the hotel, despite some signs showing that there is a ZTL zone ahead. ZTL is only on the main square. The room was pleasant, the beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice. The best thing about the hotel is its location - it is very close to the main restaurants, but the room itself is very quiet and relaxing. Overall, a great stay.
